Privacy Policy

MVD will not capture the personal information of individuals who visit the mvd.newmexico.gov website without their permission. We endeavor to collect only the minimum amount of information needed to meet the purposes for which the website was created.

Use of This Policy

Various websites are linked through the mvd.newmexico.gov website. This privacy policy does not apply to non-MVD websites that may be linked from mvd.newmexico.gov.
